What class levels do you offer?
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, plus a few All Levels workshops. Our catalog lists level requirements for each course.
Do you provide clay and tools?
Yes. Clay, tools, slips, and glazes for class projects are included unless noted. You may bring personal tools if preferred.
How often do you fire the kilns?
We schedule bisque and glaze firings weekly. Turnaround is typically 10–14 days depending on kiln load and clay body.
What if I miss a session?
We offer one make-up per multi-session course, subject to availability. Please email ahead so we can help you rejoin smoothly.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund up to 7 days before the first class. Within 7 days, we issue studio credit if we can fill your spot from the waitlist.
Is the studio accessible?
Yes. We have step-free entry, adjustable wheel stations, and seating options for handbuilding. Contact us with specific needs.
What ages can enroll?
Most classes are 16+. Kids courses are designed for ages 8–12 and 12–15 with supportive pacing and projects.
How do you manage studio safety?
We review safe tool use on day one, label glaze hazards, provide PPE, and maintain high ventilation during mixing and firing.
